Deborah Srb, Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker with Sotheby's International Realty, has been an active Hamptons real estate agent & realtor since 1989 and with Sotheby's International Realty since 1993. Among the 50,000 sales associates across Realogy Brokerage Group, Deborah consistently ranks among the top 1/2% of the entire sales force and has closed over $1B in sales.

Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Deborah worked in NYC in the fashion industry. This artistic and design background has uniquely set her apart in her ability to help discerning clients and customers find their perfect home and/or sell quickly in a competitive market. This also led her to offer her talent and skills towards co-founding Blue Ocean Design, an interior design and staging company, although as of 2020 she mostly works on a referral basis for specific projects.

With a European background, she has consequently cultivated many international relationships which benefits her business and her ability to find the right buyer for each property she represents. Also, she comes from a family of Real Estate Developers and collaborates regularly with her brothers on development projects big and small all around the Hamptons. This gives her a unique understanding of the building process and makes her a valuable asset for buyers and sellers alike. As a full-time resident of Bridgehampton, where she raised her daughter for 30+ years, she has gained insight and knowledge about the uniqueness of all the different areas the Hamptons has to offer. All of these factors have contributed to her becoming particularly adept at navigating this highly specialized real estate market.

When not working, her love of travel, skiing and nature compels her to explore the world on a regular basis.
